Suzy is a Food Rush (now Eco & Beyond) alumnus and part-time vegan, attempting to eat her way to a healthier planet.

When she's not writing or ranting about sustainability, she is usually found inventing new recipes to avoid food waste, or working her way through the offerings of London's many breweries. Suzy also works as Project Coordinator for charity DataKind.
